Whitening Terms & Conditions
Prior to treatment, patients must be judged to be ‘dentally fit’ by their dentist.
To receive whitening, an individual must be a registered patient at Upper Denby Dental Care.
To redeem the Christmas 2025 £260 offer, patients must have arranged their whitening consultation prior to the 31st December 2025. Individuals who enquire after this date will not be eligible for this offer.
Upper Denby Dental Care reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual.
